"I think that's a real key part of our industry, isn't it? You know, people understanding what the value of their job is. And it's only with that that you really feel empowered, you know, to go that extra mile and to suggest stuff that hasn't been on the table before. And, you know, use your, use your unique vision, to help larger companies grow internationally."
