Enable ContextSensitive Translation in Pre-Translation

What it does

That's why we launched the ContextSensitive pre-translation that leverages the best of machine learning to merge Translation Memories, Machine Translations, and Glossaries into a smart feed that learns with you. 🚀

Why this is helpful

Operationally, it provides pre-translation for all segments, like you already know. The difference? It considers all your preferences and past translations. 🧠

‍Organizational Unit AI Management

What it does

Now you have more control to manage which Organization Unit can explore the AI features. A new tab has been added to the settings where this option can be enabled or disabled.

Unfortunately, few pay attention to permissions on the translation platform until they must share access with someone on the team, a client, or a vendor. 😟 That’s when the nightmare begins. Modesty aside, some clients say we have the best permissions in the industry. 😊 Flattery will get you everywhere.

This enhancement provides greater granularity and control over the utilization of AI within specific Organization Units, ensuring a more tailored and efficient management of artificial intelligence resources.

‍Pre-saved file Type Settings in Project Creation

What it does

Handling files can be repetitive, but not anymore! 💪 Now, save all your file type preferences, and the system takes care of the rest. Every time the same file type comes up, it loads your parameters by default. That’s our mantra: do it once and for all. 🚀

This enables users to reuse these configurations in the future, saving valuable time.

‍Bulk Workflow And Target Languages Edit

What it does

In step 3 of the project creation process, it is now possible to perform bulk editing of workflows and target languages. Instead of clicking line by line, now you can select all items and edit in bulk. Fewer clicks, same productivity, my hand joints thank you. 😍

This streamlines the workflow, saving valuable time and ensuring consistency across the project.

‍Improvements in docs preview: zoom in/out, rotate right/left and jumping pages

What it does

We've spiced up our Editor in the document preview! Now, smoothly switch between pages, zoom in for a closer look, and even give your document a little spin. It's like handling paper but in the digital world. Unfortunately, we haven't cracked the code for that classic paper smell, but hey, let's keep dreaming! 🤗
