Add a Workflow After the Last One

What it does

I'm always guilty of this. I create my project and add my workflow and then realize I need more elements in my workflow. So what to do, I've already saved it. So frustrating. But now, for those like me who jump the gun and click save before fully planning the workflows. Now it is possible to add a workflow after the project creation. The project must be in the 'Draft' status first but then navigate to the 'Files' tab and simply add a new workflow.

Why this is helpful

There are many reasons you will want to add to the workflow but most of all it enhances flexibility, makes tasking more organized, and facilitates dynamic adjustments, providing an efficient and adaptable project management approach.

‍Project Manager - Org. Unit Permissions

What it does

Sometimes it can feel like we are clicking and navigating for hours as we set up projects and people with all the right tools - and that can be annoying. At least now, adding a project manager is easier than ever with fewer steps activating what we think are standard permissions. Now your PMs are granted organizational unit management permissions by default. Hey, that's a few clicks we just saved you!

Why this is helpful

Like a maestro in an orchestra, Project Managers need to be able to efficiently manage and oversee organizational units. Also, we know it's important that PMs can quickly and easily access these settings. This update creates a smoother and seamless experience for all you busy PMs out there.

‍Download Original and Translated Files - Permission for Vendors

What it does

This is a feature that Vendors will be thankful for. On more than one occasion I’ve wished this was an option! This feature update gives you the ability to allow your vendors to download both the source files and the translated files directly from the editor. The feature is OFF by default.

Why this is helpful

Sometimes it's necessary to download both source and translated files in the review process or for QA checks - especially as it relates to the localization process. Off by default for enhanced security control; this feature offers flexibility in the localization process.

‍Show "Net Rate" screen in "My Account" tab for Account Admins Users

What it does

If you’re an Account Admin, we’re sure this feature will stand out to you With this feature update, we hand over more power and flexibility. Now you will see a new Net Rate settings tool in your account controls. Here you can set the default configuration in the platform.

Why this is helpful

Flexibility and clarity are fundamental cornerstones of administrator oversight. Being able to easily customize Net Rate settings will give you greater control over your account. 

Joined WUs - Improvements and Filters

What it does

Add options to the side menu for navigating between joined files and implementing a filtering mechanism.

Why this is helpful

Optimize the navigation flow when dealing with multiple joined files.
